01 Tecnhnical Support Manager (HN)

I. Key Responsibilities

1. Technical Support

  • Respond to technical inquiries regarding product specifications, selection, and applicability

  • Provide technical support to Sales teams and distributors

  • Deliver technical explanations to customers, consultants, and M&E contractors

  • Advise on technical feasibility and risk assessment

2. Quotation & Specification Review

  • Review specifications, drawings, and technical requirements for quotations

  • Ensure alignment between technical conditions and quotation content

  • Prevent issues caused by misinterpretation or incorrect specifications

  • Review quotation and specification work prepared by subordinates

3. Claims & Technical Issues

  • Conduct initial technical assessments of claims and non-conformance cases

  • Coordinate with HQ and overseas factories for root cause investigation and response

  • Support technical explanations to Sales teams and distributors

4. Technical Documentation & Knowledge Management

  • Organize and manage product specifications, drawings, and technical documents

  • Develop internal technical materials, FAQs, and simplified manuals

  • Promote standardization and reduce dependency on individual knowledge

5. Management Responsibilities

  • Supervise and develop 1 Technical Support staff member

  • Improve workflows, response quality, and turnaround time

  • Strengthen cross-functional collaboration with Sales

6. Overseas Technical Communication

  • Manage technical communication with HQ and overseas factories (in English)

  • Handle technical emails and participate in online meetings

II. Mandatory Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher

  • Basic technical knowledge in mechanical engineering or building services equipment

  • Ability to read and interpret technical documents, specifications, and drawings

  • Experience in quotation and specification review

  • Strong English communication skills (technical emails & online meetings required)

  • Strong multitasking and prioritization skills

III. Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in valves, piping systems, building services, or industrial equipment

  • Experience working with overseas factories or HQ

  • Understanding of distributor-based B2B business models
