Identify and qualify new business leads through market research, networking, and outreach.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting partnerships with key stakeholders.
Plan and execute business development activities, including customer visits, presentations, and contract negotiations.
Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing and provide onboarding support for newly acquired customers or distributors.
Collaborate closely with the Hanoi head office’s sales, operation and technical teams to ensure proper proposal preparation, order fulfillment, and after-sales service.
Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all activities, pipeline, and data in the CRM system.
Travel to client offices, industry events, or trade shows for face-to-face networking.
Report directly to Sales Manager/ General Director.
2. Job Requirement
Experience: At least 3 years of experience in sales (related industry M&E, HVAC, firefighting systems, industrial equipment, or building equipment is an advantage).
Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher (Engineering / Technical / Business).
Language: Conversational English required
Computer Skills: Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
