02 Business Development Representative (HCM – Remote)

1. Job Description:

  • Identify and qualify new business leads through market research, networking, and outreach.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting partnerships with key stakeholders.
  • Plan and execute business development activities, including customer visits, presentations, and contract negotiations.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing and provide onboarding support for newly acquired customers or distributors.
  • Collaborate closely with the Hanoi head office’s sales, operation and technical teams to ensure proper proposal preparation, order fulfillment, and after-sales service.
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all activities, pipeline, and data in the CRM system.
  • Travel to client offices, industry events, or trade shows for face-to-face networking.
  • Report directly to Sales Manager/ General Director.

2. Job Requirement

  • Experience: At least 3 years of experience in sales (related industry M&E, HVAC, firefighting systems, industrial equipment, or building equipment is an advantage).
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher (Engineering / Technical / Business).
  • Language: Conversational English required
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
