1. Job Responsibilities:

Search for and develop new dealers/partners in the Southern region

Negotiate contracts and support implementation with dealers

Provide initial sales support, explain and recommend products to clients

Coordinate with the business management and technical teams at the Hanoi headquarters

Monitor sales performance and prepare reports
2. Job Requirements:
-
Bachelor’s degree or higher
-
At least 5 years of hands-on experience in B2B sales or working with corporate clients/dealers
-
Preference will be given to candidates with strong experience in negotiating and signing contracts with companies acting as dealers/distributors for foreign manufacturers in the field of construction equipment or industrial machinery

Business-level proficiency in English, including the ability to prepare reports in English

Candidates with strong knowledge of the Southern market or an established network in the region are preferred
3. Salary and Additional Information:

Gross salary: Negotiation
- Location 1 person in Ha Noi and 1 person in HCMC (remotely)

Directly reports to the Japanese Director

Fixed transportation allowance provided
