Technical Support

1. Job Description:

  • Receive technical support requests from distributors and partners related to valves, expansion joints, rubber joints, and vibration isolators.
  • Coordinate with relevant departments and factories to resolve technical issues and provide solution consulting.
  • Update technical information and product usage guidelines for distributors and customers.
  • Participate in preparing quotations when technical and commercial coordination is required.
  • Use internal systems to prepare technical reports and data statistics.
  • Support coordination of technical orders in projects.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by superiors.

2. Application Requirements:

  • Experience: Up to 3 years of experience in technical roles. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in industrial equipment, construction, or manufacturing sectors.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electrical – Electronics Engineering, or other related technical fields.
  • Language: Conversational English required
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Good communication and teamwork skills
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Honest, proactive, and highly responsible

3. Salary and Benefits:

  • Salary Range: Negotiation
  • Bonus: 13th-month salary and based on business results
