Develop new distributors and customers in the Southern Vietnam market, and take responsibility for sales and profit performance in line with assigned targets assigned by the Company.
Plan and execute business development activities, including customer visits, presentations, and contract negotiations.
Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing, and provide onboarding support for newly acquired customers or distributors.
Collaborate closely with the Hanoi head office’s sales, operation and technical teams to ensure proper proposal preparation, order fulfillment, and after-sales service.
Carry out business development activities independently under a remote working arrangement in the Southern Vietnam market.
Provide regular reports by CRM system on sales activities, pipeline progress, achievement of sales and profit targets, and insights on market trends and customer needs.
3. Job Requirement
Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a related industry (M&E, HVAC, firefighting systems, industrial equipment, or building equipment).
Education:Bachelor’s degree or higher (Engineering / Technical / Business).
Language: Conversational English required
Computer Skills: Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Preferable Skill:
Experience handling construction projects or factory utilities.
Ability to understand piping or building services drawings.
Experience working with Japanese companies or familiarity with Japanese working culture.
