1. Job Description:
- Receive information from relevant departments, negotiate and coordinate with factories to ensure timely information sharing with all departments.
- Review contracts and agreements, ensuring clarity in terms and incoterms.
- Receive, check and manage all necessary shipping and customs documentation for import and export transactions.
- Submit insurance documents for shipments (if any).
- Ensure accuracy and compliance of documents in line with company and legal requirements.
- Check and verify insurance certificates to ensure all related risks are fully covered
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to facilitate the flow of information.
- Assist in the development of processes to improve documentation flows.
- Monitor and track documentation timelines and ensure timely submissions.
- Maintain organized records of all documentation for easy retrieval and compliance accounting.
2. Job Requirement
- Age: 25 – 36 years – old
- Experience: At least 3 years of working experience in documentation or related fields (e.g. import-export, logistics, shipping, etc.), purchasing operations, preferably within foreign-invested companies.
- Thorough understanding of international payment methods such as D/P, L/C, T/T, etc. Particularly proficient in analyzing L/C terms and capable of identifying discrepancies or errors.
- Strong computer skills, particularly in office software, CRM systems.
- Strong command of English (required)
- Familiarity with import-export processes, especially incoterms, payment method, etc.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
3. Salary and Benefit
