Receive technical support requests from distributors and partners related to valves, expansion joints, rubber joints, and vibration isolators.
Coordinate with relevant departments and factories to resolve technical issues and provide solution consulting.
Update technical information and product usage guidelines for distributors and customers.
Participate in preparing quotations when technical and commercial coordination is required.
Use internal systems to prepare technical reports and data statistics.
Support coordination of technical orders in projects.
Perform other tasks as assigned by superiors.
2. Application Requirements:
Experience: Up to 3 years of experience in technical roles. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in industrial equipment, construction, or manufacturing sectors.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electrical – Electronics Engineering, or other related technical fields.
Language: Conversational English required
Computer Skills: Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Soft Skills:
Good communication and teamwork skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Honest, proactive, and highly responsible
